About Alan Woolvett
Using the experience gained from a wide range of manufacturing disciplines I decided to set up my own company. It was formed in February 2011 and since then I have built a customer base in the South Devon area working for some prestigious companies.
As a Graduate member of IOSH working towards Chartered status, I can bring experience, knowledge and a friendly, easy-going approach to Health & Safety.
It is not a question of if you can do something, it is a question of how you can safely
Guidance on Health & Safety
There are many different ways that small companies deal with Health and Safety. Some do nothing, others employ a full time employee, and others buy in the service. Some of these sell different packages that might not be relevant to what the company needs or can afford.
My approach is to work with the owner, director or manager and employees to give the business everything it requires. This could be Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessment, COSHH assessments, display screen equipment assessments or any one of all the other rules and regulations that affect that particular company.
